We’re thrilled about the Dublin Fringe Festival this year as plenty of LBMers are involved. Here’s a look at their shows.

“NEON Western” by Conflicted Theatre and Peter Power is taking place in the Samuel Beckett Theatre.  Part rave, part theatre, you will catch our Cara Christie in this piece. It takes place from Sept 8th until Sept 17th.

Adele Gribbon is performing in”It’s getting harder and harder for me”, a piece by the award-winning creative duo behind Jellyfish. Alice Malseed and Sarah Baxter created this 3 hander which is taking place in Smock Alley Theatre Boy’s School from Sept 11th until Sept 17th.

Also on the 11th Sept until the 17th is Fierce Notions that has our Aisling O’Mara. This is a musical by the Ill-Advised Theatre Company about democracy, politics and fish-based confectionery. Fionn Foley is the writer/composer

The Corps Ensemble are bringing us “Close to the Sun” in Smock Alley Theatre 1662. This runs from the 12th until the 17th of September and it features Mary Murray.

“Birdy” has two LBMers in it, both Finbarr Doyle and Ciara Ivie will be part of Birdy’s quest to create a band. This takes place on the Peacock Stage in The Abbey from Sept 14 – 16th and Sept 21 – 23rd.

“End Of” by Sugar Coat Theatre opens on the 16th of Sept until the 24th of Sept. Taking place in the location of The Gutter Bookshop, it features Will Irvine. Another exciting factor is the use of award winning magicians to bring this show to life.

“All Honey” starts in the New Theatre on Sept 18th until Sept 23rd, you’ll see Danielle Galligan in this piece that is about a house party taking an interesting turn in events. This comedy piece written by Ciara Elizabeth Smyth is brought to life by Sad Strippers theatre company.

Break legs to all our LBMers and everyone involved in each show. 2017 Dublin Fringe looks to be a VERY exciting festival.
